Gingerbreads

Ingredients

400g flour

170g powder sugar

50g butter

2pcs eggs

1 soup spoon Rum

3 soup spoon honey

1 tea spoon baking powder

1 tea spoon gingerbreads seasoning

Process

1. We process all the ingredients and let the dough rest for 1 hour
2. Roll out the dough to 3 mm and cut out with molds
3. Grease the baking sheet and bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees
4. Brush them with egg while they are still hot
